🔒 Strivoy Data Deletion & Content Removal Policy

At Strivoy, we respect the rights of individuals and content owners. We are committed to ensuring that personal data and hosted content are managed responsibly. If you wish to request the deletion of your personal data or content associated with Strivoy, please review the following policy carefully.


1. Right to Data & Content Deletion

In compliance with global data protection and intellectual property laws, you have the right to request deletion of your personal data or content stored on Strivoy. Once your request is verified, we will remove your data or content within the specified time frame, unless legal obligations require retention.


2. Information We Delete

When a valid deletion request is submitted, the following may be removed:

  • Personal Information: Name, email address, phone number, and other identifiable details.

  • Account Details: Subscription history, payment records, and activity logs.

  • Preferences: Watchlists, favorites, and custom content recommendations.

  • Hosted Content: Media or material reported by rightful owners with valid proof of ownership.

Important: Once your personal data is deleted, you will permanently lose access to your Strivoy account. This action is irreversible.


3. How to Submit a Deletion Request

To request data or content removal:

  • Email: Send an email to support@strivoy.com with the subject line:

    • "Data Deletion Request" (for users) OR

    • "Content Removal Request" (for copyright/content owners).

  • Required Information:

    • Your full name.

    • Your registered email address.

    • Description of the data/content you want removed.

    • Proof of ownership (for content removal requests).

  • Verification: We may contact you to verify your identity or ownership before processing.


4. Processing Time

  • All valid requests are processed within 5 business days of verification.

  • Once the deletion/removal is completed, we will send you a confirmation email.


5. Exceptions to Deletion

We may not delete certain data or content if:

  • Legal Obligations: Laws, regulatory, or contractual obligations require retention.

  • Active Transactions: If there are ongoing issues (e.g., pending payments, disputes).

  • Invalid Requests: If a request is incomplete, fraudulent, or lacks ownership proof.


6. Responsibility of Requestors

  • All data hosted on Strivoy is owned by their respective owners.

  • If you want your content removed, you must first email support@strivoy.com.

  • If Strivoy fails to process your request within 5 business days, you have the right to pursue legal action against us.

  • If you do not email us first and directly file a complaint elsewhere, your claim will be considered invalid, and Strivoy will use this policy in legal defense.


7. Impact of Data Deletion

Once your request is processed:

  • You will lose access to your Strivoy account and its features.

  • Any remaining subscription time will be forfeited (no refunds provided).

  • Content once deleted cannot be restored.

  • If you wish to return, you must create a new account.
